What can we say today?
We have precipitation as a climate supply signal, humidity as an atmospheric variable, and an OpenStreetMap snapshot containing 1,005 mapped water towers in Syria. That count reflects volunteer map coverage, not an official inventory or operating status.
What this page does not measure
Reliable data on reservoir storage, river discharge, groundwater, abstraction, water quality, and network outages is not yet available. We therefore do not turn climate signals and mapped infrastructure into a synthetic “water resources” dashboard.
Planned sources
Priorities are documented reservoir and river-flow series, well and groundwater monitoring, irrigation data, and water-quality tests from traceable providers.
