What Sanad stores when you contact us or report a data correction.

Contact form

The contact form stores your name, company and topic when supplied, email or phone number, message, submission language, status, and submission time. It is used to reply to your enquiry.

Data correction form

The correction form stores your message, the page address that supplied its context, and your name and email only when you choose to provide them. Editors use this to investigate the reported issue.

Analytics and cookies

Sanad currently uses no visitor analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking cookies. Essential session security may be used when a form is submitted or an authorized editor signs in.

Retention

Form submissions are currently kept indefinitely because a deletion schedule has not yet been adopted. This will be replaced with a defined retention policy before launch.
